A total of 1,800,000 m3 of dredging works were carried out in an area of approximately 400,000 m2 within the project zoning boundary with a 750 yacht mooring capacity. After the dredging works, a total of 8.273.000 tons of qualified material was used to fill 1 hotel area, 1 shopping mall area, 185.000 m2 parking lot and green area, 1 main breakwater of 820 mt in length. 1 350 mt secondary breakwater. 1 410 mt long fishermen’s shelter breakwater and 2 300 tons and 600 capacity boat slips, 550 T-Wall productions with an area of 90.000 m2 in total were built on land and placed on the seabed with a floating crane. Within the scope of the project, 4 50 m long steel piled finger piers, crown wall and field concrete coating works, anchoring and fortification works with 900.000 tons of categorical stones, circulation channels and lighthouses on the breakwater were manufactured and installed.
